送信後の予約手続きについて

①カウンセリングフォームを送信後、自動確認メールが届きます。
メールを開封の上、メール内に記載されているURLをタップ（クリック）してください。
URLをタップ（クリック）すると予約フォームが表示されます。

②予約フォームでは、カレンダーからお希望の日程を選択できます。
カレンダーには予約可能な日程が表示されます。
※〇または△マークの日程が空き状況です。

③ご希望の日程をタップ（クリック）後に、ご予約が可能な時間帯が表示されます。
※〇マークの時間帯が予約可能です。

④ご希望の時間枠を選択の上、必要事項を入力し、「予約確認」ボタンをタップ（クリック）してください。

⑤入力内容をご確認後、「予約する」ボタンをタップ（クリック）してください。

⑥ご予約フォームの「予約する」ボタンをタップ（クリック）すると、ご予約受付メールが届きます。

⑦ご予約内容を確認後に、【ご予約完了】のメールを送信いたします。

⑧【ご予約完了】のメールの受信に、お時間を要する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

メールが届いていない場合、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。

About the Reservation Process After Submission

① After submitting the counselling form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Please open the email and tap (or click) the URL provided in the message.
When you tap (or click) the URL, the reservation form will be displayed.

② On the reservation form, you can select your preferred date from the calendar.
The calendar shows dates that are available for reservations.
※Dates marked with 〇 or △ are available.

③ After tapping (or clicking) your preferred date, the available reservation times will be displayed.
※Time slots marked with 〇 are available for reservation.

④Select your preferred reservation time, enter the required information, and then tap (or click) the 「予約確認」 button.

⑤Please review the information you have entered, then tap (or click) the 「予約する」 button.

⑥ When you tap (or click) the 「予約する」 button on the Reservation Form, you will receive a Reservation Received email.

⑦After I review your reservation details, I will send you an email with the subject "Reservation Confirmed".

⑧Please note that it may take some time before you receive the "Reservation Confirmed" email.
