【About Weekday Closed Days from January 2026】 I have a chronic medical condition and need to attend regular hospital appointments and treatment once a week. My schedule for the month is confirmed during my hospital visit at the beginning of each month, which makes it difficult to plan weekday closing days in advance. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.
① After submitting the counseling form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please open the email and click the URL provided in the message. Once you click the URL, the reservation form will be displayed.
② On the reservation form, you can select your preferred date from the calendar. The calendar shows dates that are available for reservations. Dates marked with 〇 or △ are available.
③ When you click on a date, available time slots will be displayed. Time slots marked with 〇 are available for reservation.
④ Please select your preferred time slot, fill in the required information, and click the “Confirm Reservation” button.
⑤ After reviewing the information you entered, please click the “Complete Reservation” button.
⑥ Once your reservation is completed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. ※If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
