基本的にはウェブサイトからご予約をよろしくお願いいたします。

Basically, please make a reservation from my website.
You can make reservations from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

I sincerely apologize, but I do not accept reservations on the day of your visit.

I only accept reservations by landline telephone in the following cases.
① If you do not understand how to make a reservation on the website.
② If you are using a feature phone.
その場合は、固定電話の留守番電話にお名前と電話番号と折り返しのお電話のご希望される時間をメッセージでお残しください。

折り返しのお電話がご希望の時間にかけることが出来ない可能性がございます。

Important notes when making reservations by landline telephone.
- 固定電話でのご予約は、公衆電話や発信者不明の場合や着信拒否をされている場合は不可能となります。
- 海外からの国際電話では予約はできません。
- Reservations can’t be made from public telephones, unidentified caller, or numbers with the caller ID blocked.
- Reservations can’t be made from overseas international calls.
