ウェブサイトからのご予約の内容確認とキャンセルは、ご予約日の2日前までのみ可能です。
ご予約を前日にキャンセルされる場合は、メールにてご連絡をよろしくお願いいたします。
キャンセルボタンをクリックすることで予約データは削除されてしまいます。
復元することができませんので、あらかじめご了承をよろしくお願いいたします。

You can check and cancel your reservation on the website up to two days before the scheduled date.
If you need to cancel your reservation the day before, I would appreciate it if you could contact me by email.
Please note that once you click the Cancel button, your reservation data will be deleted.
I sincerely apologize, but the deleted reservation cannot be restored.

- メールに記載されているIDの番号とメールアドレスをご入力して下さい。
- 予約検索ボタンをタップ（クリック）すると、ご予約内容の詳細が表示されます。
- You can review your reservation details on the screen above.
- Please enter the reservation ID number and your email address provided in your confirmation email.
- When you tap (or click) the “Search Reservation” button, your reservation details will be displayed.

About Reservation Cancellation
- ご予約画面の右上の『キャンセル』ボタンをタップ（クリック）してください。
- ご予約のキャンセルをすることが可能です。
- ご予約のキャンセルを完了するには、後ほど送信されるメールに記載されているURLをタップ（またはクリック）してください。
- Please tap (or click) the “Cancel” button in the upper-right corner of the reservation screen.
- You will then be able to cancel your reservation.
- To complete your reservation cancellation, please tap (or click) the URL provided in the email that will be sent to you shortly.
