【2026年1月以降の平日の休業日について】
私は持病がおり、週に一度の定期的な通院と治療が必要です。
毎月のスケジュールは月初めの通院時に確定するため、平日の休業日を事前に計画することが困難な状態です。
ご不便をおかけしますことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。
ご理解いただけますよう何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

【About Weekday Closed Days from January 2026】
I have a chronic medical condition and need to attend regular hospital appointments and treatment once a week.
My schedule for the month is confirmed during my hospital visit at the beginning of each month,
which makes it difficult to plan weekday closing days in advance.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

送信後の予約手続きについて

①カウンセリングフォームを送信後、自動確認メールが届きます。
メールを開封の上、メール内に記載されているURLをクリックしてください。
URLをクリックすると予約フォームが表示されます。

②予約フォームでは、カレンダーからお希望の日程を選択できます。
カレンダーには予約可能な日程が表示されます。
※〇または△マークの日程が空き状況です。

③ご希望の日程をクリック後に、ご予約が可能な時間帯が表示されます。
※〇マークの時間帯が予約可能です。

④ご希望の時間枠を選択の上、必要事項を入力し、「予約確認」ボタンをクリックしてください。

⑤入力内容をご確認後、「予約する」ボタンをクリックしてください。

⑥予約完了後、自動確認メールが送信されます。
※メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。

About the Reservation Process After Submission

① After submitting the counseling form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Please open the email and click the URL provided in the message.
Once you click the URL, the reservation form will be displayed.

② On the reservation form, you can select your preferred date from the calendar.
The calendar shows dates that are available for reservations.
Dates marked with 〇 or △ are available.

③ When you click on a date, available time slots will be displayed.
Time slots marked with 〇 are available for reservation.

④ Please select your preferred time slot, fill in the required information, and click the “Confirm Reservation” button.

⑤ After reviewing the information you entered, please click the “Complete Reservation” button.

⑥ Once your reservation is completed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you.
※If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
