ご予約方法について

About how to make a reservation.

基本的にはウェブサイトからご予約をよろしくお願いいたします。
PCやタブレットやスマートフォンでご予約が可能です。
スマートフォンの画面サイズによっては、ウェブサイト上の文章やその他の表示が小さくなる場合があります。

誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご来店の当日におけるご予約はお受けしておりません。
ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Basically, please make a reservation from my website.
 You can make reservations from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. 
Depending on the screen size of your smartphone, the text and other displays on the website may appear smaller.

I sincerely apologize, but I do not accept reservations on the day of your visit.
I appreciate your understanding.

以下の場合のみ、固定電話での予約を受け付けております。
①ウェブサイトでのご予約方法が分からない場合
②ガラケーやガラホ携帯をご使用の場合

I only accept reservations by landline telephone in the following cases.
① If you do not understand how to make a reservation on the website.
② If you are using a feature phone.

その場合は、固定電話の留守番電話にお名前と電話番号と折り返しのお電話のご希望される時間をメッセージでお残しください。
折り返しのお電話をいたします。
折り返しのお電話がご希望の時間にかけることが出来ない可能性がございます。
その際は、ご了承をよろしくお願いいたします。
In that case, please leave a message on my landline answering machine with your name, phone number, and the time you would like me to call you back. 
I will call you back. 
However, please note that I may not be able to call you back at your requested time. 
In that case, I appreciate your understanding.

固定電話で予約を行う際の重要な注意事項

Important notes when making reservations by landline telephone.

• 固定電話でのご予約は、公衆電話や発信者不明の場合や着信拒否をされている場合は不可能となります。
• 海外からの国際電話では予約はできません。
• Reservations can’t be made from public telephones, unidentified caller, or numbers with the caller ID blocked.
• Reservations can’t be made from overseas international calls.

ご予約の前に、プライバシーポリシーのご確認をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

ご予約の日時が決まりましたら、下記のカレンダーの 〇 をクリックして下さい。

2名（ご家族やご友人など）でご予約される場合は、カレンダーの 『〇』の後に代表者1名の情報をご入力して頂き、コメント枠の中に2名とご記載をお願いいたします。※2名でのご予約は、1名の方が日本語を理解できる場合のみ可能です。（心よりお詫び申し上げます。）

When making a reservation for two people (family or friends), please type in the representative’s details after the『〇』 on the calendar and type in ‘2 people’ in the comments section.※Reservations for two people are only possible if at least one person understands Japanese.( I sincerely apologize.)

About the reservation form

私のウェブサイトでは、日本語で作成された予約フォームシステムを使用しています。日本語の読み書きや入力に困難を感じる方のために、英語のみの解説付きの画像を用意しています。その理由は、日本語には多くの固有の単語が存在するため、英語を使用する国では問題が少ないと考えられますが、英語以外の言語から日本語への翻訳の際には、テキストが適切に翻訳されない可能性があるためです。

My website uses a reservation form system created in Japanese. For those who have difficulty reading, writing, or typing in Japanese, I have prepared images with explanations in English only. The reason for this is that Japanese has many unique words, so I believe there will be few problems in countries that use English, but when translating from languages other than English into Japanese, there is a possibility that the text may not be translated appropriately.
